Come join us at our Make a Splash fundraiser!!
Nathan and Bennett Falcone, two active, smart little boys with a condition so rare there are just two other children in the world living with the disorder. Nathan and Bennett, ages 7 and 4 live in Erdenheim, PA with their parents and older sister.
These brothers have been diagnosed with Mandibuloacral Dysplasia (MAD) which is a form of Progeria. Like Progeria, MAD is a progressive premature aging disorder characterized by hair loss, loss of body fat, thickening of the blood vessels, joint stiffness, dysmorphic facial features, extremely small stature and ultimately shortened life span.
All proceeds from the event will be donated to the Progeria Research Foundation.
If you purchase tickets through Eventbright, your name will be on a list when you check in at the door. You do not have to print out your tickets.
